At Oakshore Outfitters, each item is made to order just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
However, we stand behind the quality of our products.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: hello@oakshoreoutfitters.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If your claim is approved, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Please note:
- Items must be unused and unwashed
- We do not offer refunds for delayed shipping caused by carriers.
